Very pleased with the support
I'm not sure that I can give a terribly helpful review of the product per se, but I was very impressed with the support I got.
I was pointed as Snapt and HAProxy as a possible solution to a problem I had (won't bore you with the details). I had trouble getting it installed, and contacted their support people. I got an immediate reply, even though it was ~2am PDT. I had an extensive conversation with their support, and it was determined that the HAProxy suggestion was wrong and that I should look at their Squid product instead. He helped me install and configure it, and it seemed to do exactly what was claimed of it.
At this point, I'm not using the Snapt/Squid configuration, but not because it didn't seem to work smoothly to do what they claimed. It just didn't end up feeling like quite the right fit for what I wanted.
I wouldn't hesitate to try them again if I were in the market for one of their products. Cost of ownership involves my time, and if I can offload that then there's a good chance that it'll be a good deal.
