Parallels Plesk Panel - 'Bring Your Own License' (CentOS)
Parallels Inc | 11.0.9*Linux/Unix, CentOS 6.2 - 64-bit Amazon Machine Image (AMI)
Easy and Fast
Have setup multiple servers via this way, its easy and fast to do. Servers are running fine and Plesk is quite stable.
Hopefully 11.5 will be out soon, so don't have to do the upgrade everytime.
One little point, Centos doesnt have a 'independent_wallclock', so that part from the given KB will not work. Need to check with Support to get your timezone etc fixed. Would be good if this bug could be fixed automatically.

After installation Amazon instance requires a some time to place a customer's private ssh key.
It can take approximately 2-5 minutes. After that Plesk may take some time to install all microupdates and Plesk license key.
So.. actually you should wait 5-10 minutes before instance will be ready to use.
