Difficult to configure
This is an interesting resource. Nevertheless, it is hard to get it working. And, it is sort of expensive resource. Unless you really need it and have the money, something around 600 per month. That is OK. Yet, the manuals are very simple.
There should be a free trial, so one can experiment with it for future uses.

Easy to use
Nice GUI. It was really easy to set up. Contains roll based access control and a useful set of DNS security extensions.
Great value and extremely easy to use!
What a pleasure it is to use software that works as advertised! I downloaded the user guides and within 30 minutes had my AWS domain set up an running thanks to UX World and dnsfly!
