Not so easy to install
Never really got to run it. I initiated it, changed the passwords when prompted but never really got it working. Documentation was kind of scarce.

Great starting point
This would have been 5 stars IF this had the current version of Redmine and it's associated components included.
That being said, if you're new to Redmine and/or AWS, give this one a try. Install it on a "free tier" machine and go for it. Stable. Runs out of the box. Seems to be secured enough.
The reason for my dropping the 5th star is that there are a few Redmine plugins that I was trying to install - only to find that they do not support the version included in this AMI. So, at some point in time in this project, I'll have to upgrade Redmine....
So, if you were trying to use Redmine with plug-ins as a full replacement for Jira (like I am) be prepared for a little bit of work. If you are just trying to get up a base Redmine install for issue tracking, this works as advertised.

On, loaded and operational within my infrastructure in less than a day. Integration team up and running on the same day.
