Horrible Experience

1) Billing info is not updated until next day. This way, I misunderstood that the server bill was ticking and had to pay 100 dollars for nothing, just having the server idle one night.

2) Low frame rates. System very unresposive over RDP despite good internet connection. Since this is a GPU instance, How am I supposed to use the GPU at 10 fps for anything other than headless compute tasks?

3) No good way to transfer files to the system. The built in file sharing in the client is a joke as it would constantly fail. Having a FTP or SSH server up and running is rocket science while not being able to login using a text terminal, instead having to use the 10 fps GUI is hell.

4) Expensive for what you get.

Used it to play a video game remotely

It worked fine, however the same can't be said for the VNC I was using. One of these days the latency of a connection will be lower and using a GPU instance to play a video game will be a reality but we aren't there yet (except for maybe strategy games ). AWS as always worked great.
