Security:
The creation of user using chef-server-ctl displays a low standard of security standards by exposing the password in plan-text in logs. Either the password should not be displayed or encrypted.

Boot Time:
Takes quiet a long time for first time boot. Ideally as this is a chef offering, expectation would be to have a baked in chef with details requested only for user creation and agreement acknowledgement.
