Worth asking for the pricing

If you want to have complete control over your email environment, then Mailsite is a great option. Yes the interface is a bit clunky but we all use either an Outlook client or Thunderbird client so that doesn't matter to us. Our drivers were to have the email stored where we specified, accessible only to our staff and Mailsite has provided that. The support during the 30-day trial was great and for 10 users it's less expensive than Office365 which provides more than just email and email was all we needed.
Pricing was provided quickly upon request and the support team are knowledgeable and patient with novice email administrators.

If you have to ask, you can't afford it

I really don't like companies who won't give you a price for their products.

I was looking at ready-to-go mail servers, preferably using Exchange ActiveSync profiles. This came up in my search as the only mail server which meant it got my attention. Sadly, nothing on prices. You have to be sold the product rather than buy it... So I'm not even going to evaluate it for 30 days because I really don't like that concept - it strikes me as dishonest.

Very clunky, outdated looking interface. Better off with Office 365 which is what I have gone with. Moving on now

Not really $0.00/hr for software

Software is only free for 30 days. Then you have to purchase it, which is fine, I suppose. However there is no pricing information on the Mailsite website. You have to request a quote. I just find that annoying.
