A negative start rating.
The product has potential; however, support is non-existent. The quick start guide is poorly written. The installation steps are not sequential, and the product is flawed. A default deployment must be immediately patched as the product is unusable otherwise. Why release this AMI if it doesn't work immediately. Example, the ePO pages do not render correctly. After ePO is running, agent handlers need to be created. The window to create the handlers is hidden by other web browser frames. This is just unacceptable. I tried to call support and I was quickly dismissed because I have not purchased the product. I can't get access to hotfixes or patch because a "Grant #," is required. Now, that makes sense. I am going to issue approval for a large expenditure for this software because it 100% useless out of the box.
Thank you McAfee. Your company stole hours of my day, I will never get back!
