Cannot connect
The seller's instructions for connection don't work, and if I cannot log into the instance then I can't use it. The seller should do some troubleshooting with a user and fix or clarify the instructions.
I have plenty of experience with EC2 and marketplace images, and I'm quite experienced with debugging connection issues.

Doesn't work with email
Email support (user email verification, etc.)doesn't work. No documentation about how to get it to work with email. Not turnkey, clearly.
