Unsatisfied User in Texas

No support available - does NOT work as described

Fact #1: Upon creating the instance, it is not possible to even log into the SiteScope instance. The instructions say to use the username "Admin" and a password consisting of the InstanceID. That does NOT work at all. I tried all kinds of combinations of upper/lower-case for username, and also tried Administrator. No good. I tried the instance id with and without the prefix. No good. I tried searching for hints on the internet and was able to login by editing the users file while the service was running.
Fact #2: Unfortunately, login only took me to an instance with NO license. It says Community for the license, but I could not create any monitors as all the entitlements said zero available. It's supposed to be commercial license with 100 points!
Fact #3: Amazon is unable/unwilling to help. They only referred me to the marketplace page for the product.
Fact #4: Amazon will not issue any refunds for this product that does not work. It is declared on the marketplace page for the product.
Conclusion: I consider this marketplace offering totally worthless. I do NOT recommend this product. Don't waste your money or time.
