Machine not working

I just started an instance of a f1.16xlarge to analyse whole genomes.
After getting the reference I ran the command to load reference previously indexed and got an Error.
dragen -r hs37d5/
Command Line: dragen -r hs37d5/
DRAGEN Host Software Version 05.011.234.02.05.03.42480 and Bio-IT Processor Version 0x04261818

ERROR: This version of the host software requires hardware version 0x071417D3 -- hardware version 0x04261818 is currently installed
If a new version of DRAGEN was just installed, please shutdown and restart the system

Tried many times creating new instances with no sucess. What could be happening?
