No active rules, no support, no Getting Started
I purchased this for an EC2 hosted wordpress some months ago. The integration of this SaaS WAF seems poor, unclear if that is the fault of AWS or Alert Logic. It seems while showing against the WAF as a Rule Group metrics indicated no traffic utilising the Rule Group. When viewing my WAF the Rule Group shows but no configuration is possible so the cause is unclear.
Support for the SaaS offerings says "You are not currently subscribed to any products which are Product Support Connection enabled.". I find myself in a rabbit warren of following links between AWS Market Place and Alert Logic and back again. Not having AWS Developer paid support I cannot ask AWS for technical support, and it seems Alert Logic don't provide technical support, sending me back to the AWS Market Place for support.
Alert Logic "Getting Started" https://support.alertlogic.com/hc/en-us/sections/115001620863-Get-Started page returns 404.
In summary after waiting a couple of months to be sure what the performance of the Rule Group was, I have concluded I am paying for something that is not used and there is no configuration or support to enable it and so ended my subscription.
