A Smart and Very Cost Effective Solution

We have been using SmartSheet for about two months within the business. We have a number of projects with team members around the world. SmartSheet helps us to communicate elements of the projects to the team members. It is of course a solution that people can access anywhere any time.
There is also one other important plus with SmartSheet, which I think a number of people do underestimate. If you are user of MS Excel, then you will pick up Smartsheet within minutes. In a couple of hours you will start to become an expert in the use to the application. May be a small point? Not at all, it is a massive selling point as what you have to think about is how your team will quickly pick up the application.

Cloud is very much a buzz way. Yes it does mean hosting. You could go to all of the trouble and install a MS Project Server and then pay out the money for each user to have their own version of Project. You would have to consider how your team would access main source. Then after all that you would need to consider the server to buy and how you are going to backup the data. Cloud solutions take all of that frustration away. With SmartSheet you will be up and running within minutes far quicker than you doing the task yourselves.

The final comment for my review is the cost. Hey we all hate to pay money for software. We feel that Smartsheet offer great value when you compare them to other project management tools. So what are you waiting for? Dive in to SmartSheet.

Flexible enough to track all the work I manage: marketing plans, product launches, new hire tracking, PR priorities, etc. And, because if feels like a spreadsheet, all the team members inside the company and participants outside already know how to use it.
