Only launches on IE

This worked great for several years & I used it during a Master's program & a Master's thesis, then a few months ago it stopped launching on any browser except Internet Explorer. This wouldn't be such an issue but IE is retiring so it's only a matter of time before it's entirely unusable. I've contacted SAS customer service on numerous occasions with no help and AWS customer service is not offered with my basic subscription.

Overall, this was once great product, now it's very poor.

All I ever get is site can't be reached no matter how many times I follow the directions step by step and no matter how many bug fixes I read. I am tired of wasting my life.

Never connects

So, far my experience has been terrible. I have created 4 different instances over two different subscriptions. I have yet to connect after selecting Access Software. I am reviewing all potential issues on my local side, but I have been able to connect to EC2 instances in the past on this machine. So far, not so good.

SAS studio just doesn't load

I have been trying to access the SAS university edition for more than a month now. Each time it just says it is loading and nothing happens further. Just one blue screen that says 'loading'. I'm super disappointed. Can somebody explain what's the shortcoming here? Internet bandwidth for one isn't an issue.

Hi, After I clicked on 'access software' and giving credentials it was directed to 'SAS® University Edition: Information Center' and I started SAS Studio a blue screen came up and keeps loading from 3 hours, it never loaded;(never to worry about my broad band speed its good.) Can you please fix it. Thanks, Harish PL

I wanted to learn SAS on here but I guess the sheer number of weird DRM emulation measure in place make it incredibly hard for SAS to work at all. This doesn't help me not use R or pandas for everything, I wish it was more accessible like other products.

I could not find my login, it is only "i-" and there is no way I can login with the username "i-"

Login requires ssh on your windows client. Access from Window 7 is impossible, even following directions to the letter. I am not sure this was tested accessing from windows 7 client with putty. One click on launch page also does not work or redirect from Firefox.

Just trying to log-in is one BIG problem!! Wasting over two hours of my life just to find some way to log-in...still not in! With a computer programming background I speak with experience when I comment, "Whoever designed this needs his/her brain redesigned!!"
