Not competitive with Amazon RDS

* Doesn't include common extensions like PostGIS, even though these are standard on Amazon RDS and Heroku Postgres
* Installing non-included extensions requires a Windows-based install process
* More expensive per hour than Amazon RDS on same instance sizes
* As of this writing, latest Postgres version not available (9.4)
* Support was not specifically knowledgeable about this cloud product, constantly delaying responses in order to contact their internal development team
* Subscription model locks you into 1-year term, no flexibility
