Perfect tool in the market for data workflow
What do you like best about the product?
This software is very helpful in attracting multiple users, the analyses it does are excellent, the interface it offers is very clean and easy to use for data engineering, data analysis and data visualization, innovation and constant improvements of the platform, such as its latest integration with GitHub, for example, make the tool a great added value, the perfect tool to gather data and expertise on the subject throughout the company and to ensure security. It also has a great collaboration environment and complete parameterization of Predictive and Machine Learning algorithms, with full access to its source code.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a free version of dataiku elements", plus it doesn't do tasks on its own, but they're just small things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us a lot with email, retail, automotive, marketing, tourism, etc. It is perfect for predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, dynamic pricing and more.

Best tool for both data scientists and data engineers
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use,We are using it to build data pipeline for our data lake.It takes care of all the configuration things ,engineers just need to concentrate on scripting

Some of the restrictions on the platform,a better scheduler would be a good one

Dataiku Data Science Studio is a great technology for engaging users through multiple parts of the analytics life cycle across all skill levels in any division of the business. This makes it an excellent tool for bringing together data and subject matter expertise across the company and for ensuring governance and security.
Additionally, Dataiku has many strong technologists in it's organization that ensure that the tool continues to evolved and stay contemporary in a fast moving space.

Licensing negotiations can be difficult and pricing is high enough that it can make stakeholders shy away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling Self-Service Data at an enterprise scale. Specifically for data engineering and data science work. Benefits have included multi-million dollars of savings and democratization of data and analytics across the business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a careful analysis of the vendors in this space and make sure you focus on technical capability. Many of the easier evaluation methods (especially quadrants) can be misleading because they do not weigh technical capability and enterprise capability as heavily as they should.
Dataiku is the best data workflow tool in the market!
What do you like best about the product?
Dataiku offers a very clean, intuitive and user-friendly interface with functionality for data engineering, data analytics and data visualization. The visual recipes specifically and the ability to transform data without writing code is the best feature of the tool. The ability to easily schedule jobs inside the tool itself is a great feature as well. Unlike most of it's competitors, allowing in database execution is what sets Dataiku apart from the rest. The innovation and constant improvements to the platform such as their latest integration with GitHub for example make the tool a huge value add. Lastly, the user friendly staff that is dedicated to customer success is simply phenomenal to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool lacks good data visualization functionality. It does not offer drill down functionality in visualizations or interactive charts that work together. Additionally, the license cost is definitely on the higher end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Beyond supporting projects in every organization of the business such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, etc. the tool has enabled non-technical business users to build their own sustainable data products in our shared data lake environment. It has played a key role in our digital transformation.

What do you like best about the product?
The setup process was really easy and clear. I was able to start using the functions very quickly. I like the User Interface and the ease of using the controls. I would definitely recommend this software to anyone looking for full fledged data science abilities.

I just wish that there should be a FREE light version.
