What do you like best about the product?
Nakivo is a backup solution that's solid and straight forward with support, when needed, that is responsive and helpful.
It allows scheduling for daily use, as well as simple implementation and integration of notification for backup task status.

Not a "problem" specific to NAKIVO, but sometimes options on the website can be more confusing than they need to be.

What do you like best about the product?
The price point and features. I was also simple to deploy. Great customer support as well.

Confusing pricing, this lead to some delays in purchasing.

Allows for user checkout for file restoration. Removing the need for technician intervention.

BEST DATA RECOVERY SOLUTION
What do you like best about the product?
Nakivo is a very affordable data backup and recovery solution that is very easy to implement. The customer support is also very interractive and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having used it for a few months, I have not anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking to solve disaster recovery problem and it provided the perfect solution.
Fast and Reliable Backup Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Backup storage space consuming by Nakivo is very less compared to other backup applications.
Also, the backup repository remapping to a new backup is a wonderful feature i have used in Nakivo.

ew options such as external drive rotational, delete entire backup before running a new backup job is not available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage space is using by Nakivo is very less, so it is helped me to save expense without purchasing new repository. Also failure of backup job is very less. So i can concentrate on my other job.
NAKIVO is an excellent backup software.

It is very easy to use. Also, team from NAKIVO has excellent support. All praise from my side.

Interface could be better. All other things are OK.

It solved our VMWare VM backup problem. It is a relatively inexpensive tool. So we had good benefits.
Low Cost High Quality
What do you like best about the product?
You get a lot with a very low cost. Setup is easy and can be done your self. The software has never crashed and when ever we need to restore it was reliable.

They could to an easier way to update the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Nakivo B&R is one of the most easy manageable tools I've used in the last year while still providing sufficient features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have specific things that i don't like about the product.

Its ensuring my data when failures occurs.
Secure and easy way to backup VM's

The ease of use of installing and manging Nakivo.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you look on your repository itself outside of Nakivo you can't see which back-up is which. Which can be annoying when you wanna delete or move some files from repository to repository.

Installing a backup solution on Linux which safes in Windows cost. And ease of use to manage multiple tenants via 1 portal.

We were looking for a backup software for our datacenter. Compared to the other products we found it easier to set up and to manage.
The UI is very clean and easy to read. Definitely a good choice.
