Much Needed image. Good Job .Support gets my rarity vote

Very Good image for our developers. I wish marketplace showed support links on top with the product name.I took 20 mins to search for support site.Anyhow,it is http://www.secureanycloud.com. There is a live chat facility on this portal and the Live support helping on a Sunday noon on this long 4th of July weekend was something which delighted me. Frankly, I did not expect the online support guy to know anything as everybody knows what knowledge website support guys have but i was amazed when the discussions went on to whether i had a VPN ready to connect to client's On Premise TFS and why i was not using Online VSTS. He talked about some issue about security for data-in-transit and then he asked me questions about which ports i have got opened and did i have ACL on those with current machine IP. I mean, give me a break. Which support guy knows so much to ask such questions? Afterwards, when i called my own team lead, i realized we did not plan for all of this at all. Hats off to support.very very good work guys. you have my vote.
