What do you like best about the product?
If I have to select one specific feature i really appreciated the indication in the boxes of the number o dependent employees direct (positions just below in the organisation) and indirect (position underneath in the organisation tree).
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom is a little too overdone, I have to reduce it to have a more comprehensive vision.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always can track the position of people I'm talking with or I've to get in touch with and I know in advance if it is possible a direct contact or it is better to choose a different route (to be introduced, to ask a superior etc.) to reach my goal and gain attention without creatin embarassing situations and appearing rude (sometimes it is this the perception when you drop a call out of the blue to some colleagues that for cultral reasons are not accustomed to talk that freely).

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and seamlessly designed integratopm on both the PC/Desktop and mobile . The Implementation, customer support and frequency by which its used is 10/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
This review is more tenuous than using the actual SIFT service/app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find solutions to achieving my networking goals much quicker that without using it.

What do you like best about the product?
The organization chart makes it easier for me to look up other colleages and get to know one another to have a little bit of team binding before we meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love sift, theres not really anything i dont like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Sift is solving is breaking the ice between team members before they meet.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you cllick the org chart it takes you to the team leader of someone, it tells you the department a person is in, and it even lets you know the person's TRS leader.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could show a person current position and some details about the postion. Sift shoul show each position someone has held at the Family of Companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find people when I want to inquire about a job shadow.

What do you like best about the product?
Sift is convieninet for finding a team member who is an expert in the area I'm looking to gain insight in. The breakdown of a team member's profile is clean and easy to locate their skills. I also appreciate how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is that it isn't more colorful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest flex Sift has is being able to search a fax number or phone number that is tied to a team member. Microsoft teams doesn't have that and it makes it difficult. Sift supports all options to reach a team member, even if you misspell their name.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy access I have to my co-workers contact info and fun little bios and hobbies we are able to incorporate to make it personable. I also like how it shows the tree of employeers from the founders to the newest hires. Also, Sift is very easy to navigate and opporate for anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any negative complaints. I have been using Sift for 3 months now and have enjoyed how easy itr is to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me locate co-worker contact info in under 10 seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
Sift is easy to use and I enjoy the visual aspect of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ours doesn't seem to always be up to date, but I think that is our issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to find employees over a golbal organization to figure out if their expenses are being coded correctly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Sift allows me to learn more about team members within my organization. If I'm not sure who someone is reporting to, it's easy to find the answer within Sift. There are many different ways to organize the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel like there are any downsides to Sift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is solving people not putting names to faces within the orgnaization. It allows me to recoginze people that I might not have met before.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can search by so many different key words, for example business area, name, skill set, interests. As mentioned above, when new to the company, it was a great resource to referance when I forgot names, trying to learn who is on what team etc. It's very organized and the UI is very clean and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the filtering can get confusing on the org chart, but even then there isn't really anything I dislike about SIFT.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
sift allows me to quick referance team members, look to see how the organization is connected, etc. I found this extremely helpful during onboarding especially, as I was able to put faces to names on my own time.
