What do you like best about the product?
Didática, transparência sobre os itens ali apresentados. Conseguimos identificar todos os apectos que buscamos sem enrolação, onde assim fica fácil a interação.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creio que o único aspecto que alteraria, seria a forma de preencher os dados na plataforma. Muitos campos dificultam o entendimento e muita das vezes pode passar algum campo desapercebido.

Melhor entendimento do quadro organizacional e transparência entre funcionário e empresa.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is beautiful and usable, every user gets comfortable scrolling around

The limitation of its content. I wish I'd amplify my network and see different people.

Sift brought a new way of seeing the org chart, and it's cool because we can see all of the employees and the company hierarchy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to visualize the organizational chart of my company, as well as the skills of each individual, and examine in detail the professional careers of people in the same company as me, especially in the remote work model. The best aspect of the organizational chart is that it expands as we click, meaning it stays organized. Instead of displaying an expanded chart with all employees, which can make it harder to visualize.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the possibility to customize the layout of the page, as well as the default language.It could be better if it allowed configuring and customizing the layout in a way that feels more personalized for each individual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Sift platform allows me to know which person fulfills specific roles within the company. This way, I can reach out to the right people for assistance with my daily work-related issues. The platform enables me to search for positions without needing to know the specific names of individuals, which is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and our team adopted easily to communicate with teammates. This is critical as our company works virtually/remote.
We find it easier to implement and use versus other "teams" applications
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to know more about how to integrate with other systems that we use to make it a source for connection and reduce redundancy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily see who is on a team - super helpful as we don't publish an org chart. I also like being able to see where teammates are located to interact at appropriate times for us all.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how people can get to know each other through this platform. I think it's good to see what people like out of the office and what they actualy do in the same place, so I think it's a valuable platform every company should have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think people who manage Sift need to have more instructions to integrate this tool with other platforms that our company has because we are not so encouraged to use it to connect with our teammates often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To get to know which teammate does and where they're positioned in the Organization Chart are the most important thing Sift is solving, because it's difficult to get tuned about every structural change in a big company.

What do you like best about the product?
consultar o organograma da empresa para encontrar as pessoas e nomes completos de quem eu quero me comunicar de forma mais assertiva, para tirar dúvidas sobre projetos que estão rolando na empresa.
What do you dislike about the product?
Eu só utilizo a ferramenta de organograma, as demais ferramentas não costumo utilizar no meu dia a dia da empresa. Costuma acessar o sift em torno de 1 vez a cada 2 meses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Encontrar os colegas certos para me comunicar no dia a dia da eempresa, pra resolução de projetos e até entendimento de times e processos da empresa. Utilzo pra ter um entendimento sobre a organização da empresa.
