What do you like best about the product?
So, I have worked on this trend micro hybrid cloud security and i found it really cool and easy to use. Secondly the implementation part is really very easy because everything comes on a single console. They do have business support portal, which let's you to raise new tickets or case if any issue exist. There are several features in Hybrid cloud security like Container security, Workload security, CASB, Email security, Cloud App Security and many more. Also you can integrate these products using any third party SIEM, SOAR and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that i dislike this product as this product is the best amongst all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So, in Trend Micro hybrid cloud security this Server protection is benefiting not only me but all other organisation to detect and keep our servers safe. Also it gives you a broader way to identify potential and malicious threats.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use & simple UI/UX - we are using this at the organizational level. Once there was malware was detected in my system which restricted internet access remotely which helped us stop the virus from spreading to the other directories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, because the usage is general. We are not involved in active usage as it does the job in the background.

Security from Malware & unwanted programs. Also a centralized control over the systems.

Trend Micro Hybrid Cloud Security dashboard can be more illustrative and responsive; though it is not a big challenge, it will be a perfect solution if trend micro decides to improve that.

The web console and its interface and also reporting of machine and integration with the third-party tool and automatic updation of agents and its way to create policy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uninstallation of the agents in machines and not adding SHA value in the web console to allow or block as per the requirements and also sometimes anti-malware patterns are showing offline

In trend, micro-hybrid cloud solution security is a common problem is anti-malware engines are showing offline and its very tough to rectify the issue by the rebooting the server.

Trendmicro provides the ability to understand the risks in our environment and quick response. Thus giving us the confidence to take time off.

That all the systems don't integrate today, and that access control isn't as fine grain as it needs to be. We have groups that shouldn't be able to see each other's data.

It's helping identify our threaten and respond quickly to new attack vectors.
