The best of Percona Server
What do you like best about the product?
Percona has a good response time, and to get high availability and scalability, a clustering system is used, where the server workload will be divided into one cluster.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to tune MySQL for the best. Switching to Percona may not get the enhancements we're looking for. Even with the Percona, we will have to find out what enhancements are available and what settings than we need to configure otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the time, data export was carried out at both nodes with a total data of 758,464 and performed the query the average time it takes less is 0.047 seconds. And on when the data was exported to one of the nodes with the amount of data 20,785,975 later performed a query on the three nodes with an average time required is 2 seconds, except for the exported node it takes longer, which is 9 seconds, this is it can still be said to have a fast response when viewed from the amount of data collected export.

Improve data security by enabling data at rest encryption with HashiCorp Vault to define who has access to sensitive data areas, ensuring users only see the data they are authorized to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Percona Memory Engine, ideal for applications that demand very low latency workloads
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
for now we haven't encountered any problems after using Percona Server for MongoDB

Percona distribution and server for MongoDB. Also the open source database tools are awesome and useful to developers. Kudos to Percona team!

The database performance monitoring tools really stands apart. Only a handful of services provide these kind of tools and Percona is one of them.

I would recommend others to try out the Percona distribution of MongoDB and also the open source database tools.

Percona Server for MongoDB is perfect for our setup. Nothing to dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using the Percona Server for MongoDB as an alternative for MongoDB for our Rocket.chat installation. We now effectively manage the internal team communication using Rocket.chat and Percona server.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Percona Server for MongoDB and based on my experience, I can say that Percona Server for MongoDB is the best Open Source MongoDB solution because it's free, easy to use, high available, secure, and scalable.

- Lack of troubleshooting documentation.
- Community not very active.
- Promotion should be improved

Overall, I recommended using Percona Server for MongoDB because it has the basic feature of MongoDB Server Community Version plus great additional security features Enterprise-like MongoDB Server and support from Percona and it's Community.

What do you like best about the product?
Percona server for MongoDB offers enterprise like features with no additional cost. There is no added expense while some cool features are shipped into their binaries.

Nothing that I dislike about this product. Would like to see real performance benchmarks with MongoDB enterprise to compare the products

Using it for NoSQL database as document store. It allows us to use LDAP authentication

TokuMx - Boost your MongoDB
What do you like best about the product?
Intelligent Buffering, Which reduces my Disk i/O, We were using Mongodb prior to Toku and the amount of disk space used by Mongo was very large, one of my friend recommended me to try Toku, now all my noSql are on Tokumx.High performance, Performance in IO-bound operations, A good compression rate, which is a money-saver if you use SSD/Flash, But it is also SSD/Flash life-time friendly, which is double money-saver.
So having all these factors it is just a no-brainer if you have a MongoDB component in your setup. I actually started to use it as a service for queue in a system I’m working on right now, and my experience so far has been quite smooth.

Frankly speaking, i have no reason to say i dislike tokumx, everything is good about this product

I have add campaigns data coming from almost 384 global clients, we analyze them and generate reports on the basis of this data. Which satisfy the business logic.

You Should try this product at least once, it can save your hardware cost as it has amazing compression logic, which will boost your application performance and can help you perform better.
