What do you like best about the product?
Ability to attach files to almost everything
What do you dislike about the product?
No basic reports like "Sales". You have to create you own depending on a variety of options. Sales? Really?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the automatch in Banking. Saves time and reduces errors.

What do you like best about the product?
It's ability to integrate with other systems is increasingly important and it eiminates errors that would be caused by mannual data loading and extraction. Acumatica has clear UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica is complex and it takes time to understand it's interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has made our work easier by automation process and reduces on the time that is spent in planning and production.

What do you like best about the product?
We spent 5 months prepping the system for launch with only 2 people involved in my company. Overall, this system gives us access to reporting that I never dreamed of compared to our last CRM/ERP. This is a good step forward as our small company continues to grow and have our needs exceed what our entry level system could provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some fields/areas were more user friendly to adjust, rather than going into the back end reporting and coding to resolve. This typically comes into place with configuring columns/options when quoting, or fields we want required for users to fill out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting, Contract tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has helped us automate our business and integrate everything into one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a handful of bank linking processes that are slightly more manual than we originally hoped they would be when implementing an ERP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use QBO and a lot of our business was manual. Acumatica is helping us automate our business and integrate everything into one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Reporting and error control, will notify you of a double entry, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Bulky reports, can't pin down a single time in action
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping trac k of inventory really well and invoicing goes smoothly and customers are able to respond to Acumatica emails

Seamless between different projects, system does all the work
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many add ons via vendors. Currently, vendor does not understand our needs

Savings man hours due to single entry line items, while the system transfers data within itself

What do you like best about the product?
I like the single sign on feature and the ability to have all the information in one place. I really like being able to export data in excel or pdf format depending on what I need to do with the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a user of the payroll module, I think having an HRIS system would greatly enhance the paryoll processing. There is quite a disconnect between HR functionality in the system that needs to be done out side of the system so enhancements in an HRIS system would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am newer to the company so I haven't been able to use Acumatica to it's full potential yet. I hope to do more of that when I return after summit.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for our staff and the ability to customize for our company and per user. The open help!
What do you dislike about the product?
The out of the box reports, the mobile app, the inability to track changes to a transaction or project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the budgets and spend of a project. Visibilty from all side of the business, allowing information to be accessilble from all sides of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very adaptable system. They have many partners that have new features to help you expand and grow your business. They are always advancing in new developement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system does not work well with stock kits and non-stock kits. Not allocating componenets for work orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system is user friendly and easy to find what you are lookin for. I love how you can exporrt into Excel and easily create new GI's.
