I like the ease of use and accesability.

Learning the Acumatica Jargon. Trying to figue out what is meant by each different module.

The ease of using basic accounting function that anyone can understand.

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of configurability, flexibility, and monitoring capabilities. Absolutely love the Generic Inquiries and Dashboards! Super easy to use too!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a newer ERP and doesn't have every function we need out of the box, but the ISVs are great and can help fill in any gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a lot of issues getting data out in a meaningful way from our old ERP. Acumatica solves this with much better financial reporting, dashboards, and GIs we can get all our data out of the system easily!

The visibility it has to know where every project is. The have all infomation in one place for a project.

I have nothing but good to say about Acumatica. It has been night and day difference from the time we switch

Can't really think of anything. Once you do think of something, it is usually taken care of by the Acumaticaa team within a reasonable amount of time.
