Accountants Review of Acumatica ERP
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create postings by departmental categories.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to easily integrate Acumatica with other programs such as Bill.com or Divvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intercompany postings are easier to perform as all business units now use Acumatica.

Great ERP System

Amazing ERP system to handle all your teams neeeds.

A little hard to use at first but easy once you figure it out.

An unmatched cloud ERP solution, it is very complete and very secure
What do you like best about the product?
It is a sensational cloud ERP solution; what I like most is its high level of customization and configuration; we have been able to adapt it to the specific needs of our organization, and at the same time, it has also been appropriately integrated with other business and productivity tools to ensure greater efficiency. We can access it from anywhere as long as we have a connection, and its advanced security measures ensure that business data is kept safe. Acumatica has helped us streamline processes and automate tasks while providing real-time transparency of all business operations; it is an unmatched ERP solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is widely customizable, but the process is somewhat complex; it has taken us a significant amount of time to adapt it to the organization's needs, and the costs associated with licensing, customization and maintenance can be very substantial, which ends up being somewhat limiting for small and emerging companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an indispensable ERP solution in our daily operations; operating in the cloud gives us multiple benefits, such as accessibility from anywhere as long as you have an internet connection, scalability and automatic updates. Its user interface is intuitive and easy to use; it integrates with various business and productivity tools, automates processes and workflows, is widely customizable and has numerous features that help us maintain business management.

Useful friendliness, its graphical user intephase and ability to be integrated with other systems

USER security and password requirements; bar is quite low

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to be able to copy and paste transactions. The search functions are a plus specifically being able to easily look back at prior transactions for a customer or vendor and only entering a few characters for inventory items or GL codes
What do you dislike about the product?
When switching between companies, all transactions show regardless of the company and you are able to cut checks or enter transactions for any of your companies in error. It would be helpful for Acumatica to default to the current company you are working in to reduce these errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily enter transactions for all our entities and switch between them throughout the day.
Making Finance and Accounting Tasks Easy with Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica's industry modules make it easy to collaborate and share data across departments. The customizable tools require little or no coding, which makes it easier to manipulate large amounts of data. I'm also impressed by their commitment to constantly developing new product upgrades based on user suggestions in their forum - questions are always answered promptly! From financial management to robotic process automation, Acumatica provides an excellent all-in-one business solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Acumatica could be improved if there was a more integrated approach to incorporating project data into the system. Although some improvements have been made, it is not currently possible to add projects when creating purchase requisitions and purchase orders; it is only possible to add them after an order has been placed - ideally at an earlier stage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Acumatica, I now have quick and easy access to all the data I need to make better decisions. This helps me make faster business decisions and saves time by eliminating redundant tasks.
Acumatica Review
What do you like best about the product?
The consistency across the different form views. Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, etc are all similar enough that people know have basic navigation into forms they may not use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a built-in form for companies that import products from overseas. You must pay and close the factory PO but must either buy a bolt in product or use transfer orders to give visibility for "inbound" inventory that isn't physically on hand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us provide visibilty and store information in one place that's elimated many emails and/or unnecessary updates. People now have real-time information as long as they are aware of how to find it.

iT WAS EASY TO LEARN AND MAKES PURCHASING FUNCTIONS MUCH SMOOTHER
What do you dislike about the product?
I HAVE HAD NO ISSUES WITH ACUMATICA THUS FAR.

KEEPING TRACK OF PURCHASES AS WELL AS CLIENT DATABASE
