Great user experience with Acumatica
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly experience and improving the customer experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be a little glitchy and stalls which requires us to go to our partner to resolve issues that should be straight forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System that actually functions and works for the business. We had systems that were totally disconnected and not reconciled back to the financials

Ease of Use, Flexibility, and ease of customization and the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality that I expect to be core depends too heavily on third party products.

What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica makes things pretty easy to set up - easy to select what GL accounts you want to hit with certain actions, user setup and access, being able to customize screens and inquiries to fulfill each business' needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in awhile a teammember will have an error, and sometimes those errors can be difficult to troubleshoot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inventory tracking and costing from multiple warehouses and being able to manage a large amount of projects at one time.
Acumatica makes the bridge between eCommerce platforms easy
What do you like best about the product?
Acumatica has made fulfillment easy between our 75 Shopify stores.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgrades can tend to more difficult when you are a compmnay with a lot of cusomtizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica has made shipping and fulfillment easier with all of our Shopify stores. Having over 75 stores, you do not want to use the native fulfilment within Shopify. Having everything in one place in Acumatica makes it easier for us to make better descisions across all of our eCommerce stores.
Fairly new and looking forward to using more and more of this exciting product
What do you like best about the product?
I love that they have a Construction Edition. It is a great company and we have enjoyed our first conference which has exposed us to the great potential
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite complex and so it has been a cumbersome transition. The instructions can spider off into so many directions that it is a time investment to figure out how to do things
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Cloud based system has been really beneficial since we have several offices and sites. The advanced abilities and user interface are great
Acumatica Summit 2024 - Networking at its best!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to export and import data easily, have access to side panels of information, and the new screen layouts coming in 2024R1!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I type ahead of the words on the screen, so I need to watch to make sure the cursor is available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to track customer cases, customer information, and orders.

Acu offer many way to connect data with other Saas app, usingg rest api or odata it is flexiable

The way GI's are design makes difficult to access data

Amazing customization that is accessible to non-coding users. With enough work, Acumatica is fit almost any industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Acumatica has moved the goalposts on our relationship several times. A perpetual license wasn't honored, and the potential retirement of implementation functionality (Subitems) will require significant retooling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized truth, ability to automate a variet of tasks, load to external applications if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to form to our business through configuration and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that will change rapidly. Lack of knowledge of the system in the main market. I foresee this ochanging rapidly in the coming year though.
