It doesn't offer a single site site license
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes, We upgraded to the new version from the older version. Plesk 12.5 to the Obsidian version. Then, I contacted to support team and they fixed for us.

Great Hosting Service With Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Plesk takes the work out of hosting. You can allow them to automate tons of the boring tasks that you used to do. In addition, they backup everything so you don't have to worry about losing your site when you accidentally update something incorrectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options that it is hard to learn everything and choose what you want to use. It's kind of like a smartphone, it is capable of so much more than we use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Plesk is a great hosting platform for websites and launching products. I love the automation that they offer!

We used Plesk for hosting site, files, and databse. It worked reliably and reasonably priced.

What do you like best about the product?
Complete web management hosting solutions. Able to install plug-ins directly from the pledge panel. Easy to use dashboard and useful service. One of the best hosting solution I used till now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just improve the customer service. Having immediate response for all the support tickets would be great.
Other than that, there is nothing else to complain about. If you are using this then you are technically capalable enough to browse through the options.

Used plex for one of the website which was hosted using wordpress. Plex wp toolkit is easy and yet have all the features. Just click it a button and got things done. Saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
My overall experience with Plesk has been positive. I like that it is a modern platform to manage your web. It is also a very easy process for setting up databases and e-mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that it is a little expensive to upgrade to a classic antivirus. I would recommend more if the price for the subscription was a little less.

Plesk helped me run my website and email servers efficiently without hassles.
A reliable and user friendly control panel
What do you like best about the product?
Easy install, Has a great user interactive UI. Easy to host any kind of service with docker as well. Easy to host any website with ease and is very reliable as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much except it can be a little overwhelming at first and it has a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have hosted a few of my own sites on Plesk and have also deployed my own MongoDB server on docker to use for my own application as well.

Nothing much here that I dislike regarding it. For beginners its a bit complex but later when you start using it you wont find it that much complex.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to some competing products, Plesk is intuitive to navigate and use. It's one of the more established server platforms which means once you've experienced it you can transfer this knowledge to many other server/service providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the whole it's a solid product, but it does have some quirks and can be a little hard to figure out how to perform certain tasks. This is especially true of the type of setting you would normally set once and leave alone.

As a provider of web hosting and related VPS's Plesk offers a fairly intuitive interface to what would otherwise be a tedious set of system critical processes.
