What do you like best about the product?
Saves me a great deal of time by eliminating numerous manual entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I do not like. The only imporvment I could think of would be to have active 2 way syncs in some situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves connecting case management and financial management softwares. The benifit is accurate and real time financial entries in QB as the case management teams need them.

What do you like best about the product?
Started working with DBSync and had the pleasure of working with Ullas M. He was very professional and helped us sort through a lot of issues we had on our end and that QuickBooks also had that we didn't even know about. Can't say enough good things about how he always responded in a timely fashion, his knowledge and ease of working with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything was good and we didn't have any issues with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that ended up with us using DBSync was moving accounts from Dynamics CRM to QUickbooks and having them sync back and forth. DBSync automated this.

It was resolved satisfactorily. However, due to set up of our account, I lost access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took two times to resolve the issues.

Simple configuration for integrating Microsoft CRM to various accounting platforms.

Logs can be very large and difficult to navigate without knowing what you are looking for.

Ability to sync invoices and payments from mcirosoft dynamics CRM to accounting platforms.
