Time saving aspects. Better reporting options in Salesforce vs Quickbooks.

The manual process required for Quickbooks Desktop sync to function.

DB Sync helps us get our invoices imported easily into Quickbooks

It isn't always easy to troubleshoot on my own.

The thread of emails can be confusing. To many responces to say "waiting for customer, or waiting for administrator.

Our sync manager was not working and it was reportedon the cloud workflow which was easy to track.
