It's powerful yet simple UI for managing domain and services.
What do you like best about the product?
It's simplicity out of the box. You have a terminal from the admin webpage as well MySQL with PHPMyAdmin, file manager, simple user administration and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it does everything I need.

Perfect control panel for hosting
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is clear and all the menu items are placed smartly. I like the search feature and the ability to extend with extensions.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my almost 10 years of using it, I didn't find any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Plesk for hosting. I can manage all my clients in one dashboard. No need to disturb clients with hosting solutions, I can have everything in one place.

The best control and the simplicity of the the software is what makes me use the product more.

Then overall UI/UX can have the black theme.

Plesk is very clearly arranged. You can control web, mail and dns is different tabs.

In the beginning i had some trouble with securityrules, because i am used to seeing every file and it's securitymode(755) in CLI.

If you are a hosting provider - you will be able to do all the customization and maintenance easier than any other control panel. The support you will be getting from the Plesk team will be great.
