Has saved weekly hours by simplifying file uploads and DNS setup

What is our primary use case?

My main use case for Plesk is for file management and to host my websites on traditional web servers.

A specific example of how I use Plesk for file management is when there was a requirement to host the websites on a traditional server. Since we cannot directly upload the files on the server, we used Plesk as a control panel and uploaded all the files there to host the website.

I didn't find much unique about my main use case for Plesk, but it is very convenient to use that interface.

What is most valuable?

The best features Plesk offers, in my opinion, include File Manager, SSL Management, email configuration, and DNS configuration. All of those are very handy and user-friendly in Plesk.

These features have helped me in my work by making tasks easier and saving time when configuring DNS right in Plesk. They are really good features.

Plesk has positively impacted my organization by being very convenient and saving us a lot of time. Previously we were using FTP file transfer to upload the files, which was very tedious, but with Plesk, it becomes very easy for us to upload files on the server. That is really convenient and time-saving for us, making it useful for the organization as well.

We save more than ten hours weekly using Plesk compared to the old FTP method.

What needs improvement?

Plesk could be improved by making the UI a little more friendly.

I have been using Plesk for around four years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

Plesk is stable in my experience.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Plesk handles growth and increased demand well.

I do not have any experience with Plesk's customer support team as we did not require their assistance.

We did not use a different solution before. We used the traditional method of the FTP server.

I see a return on investment with Plesk. The time saved every week is around at least 10 hours.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Plesk was purchased by the organization, so I do not exactly know how it was bought.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We did not evaluate other options before choosing Plesk.

What other advice do I have?

Functionality and support in Plesk are very good, and I do not feel anything extra. It does what it is meant for, which is a really good thing.

My advice to others looking into using Plesk is to go with it. It is a really good product, and they can save time and of course money.

I would rate this product an 8 out of 10.
