Sendgrid is a DISASTER. Stay away! They close your account and no technical support whatsoever.
What do you like best about the product?
None, really. It's easy to set up, but when you send it out, they close your account without reason.
What do you dislike about the product?
After sending out an email blast, they immediately close your account without reason. There is NO customer support of any kind. So you'll lose your money. It's a scam!

It's easy to set up. It's easy to pay. It's impossible to send out emails and even to do business with them.

What do you like best about the product?
The email API works great from other apps. We have noticed consistent high engagement rates from SendGrid emails then emails with other bulk email-sending providers. Re-trying email automatically is also a nice built-in feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The open rates and click-thru rates are not reliable. Most of these metrics are bot traffic from email providers, yet there is no way to filter out such traffic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales reps sending emails from their email client were landing in spam, and they could not track activity performed by the recipients. Sendgrid'e email API has solved this issue for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create campaigns, most advanced features for engaging customer experience have been developed in sendgrid. Can be easily understood by new comer to use and start emailing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The repeating content for sent emails so that needs to be addressed to suppress the sent content to the users needs to remove or notify that this content have sent to this user

Effective quality response and easy to send mails using less investment that way every campaigns wer delivered. The response tracking and complaint filters wer most usable to segment the users
We used Twilio for the past 2.5 years and it was a very reliable and effective tool for our office.
What do you like best about the product?
Once we set our templates and frequencies for our campaigns, everything went smoothly and we never had any issues. Twilio was also very capable in two way communication for our patients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything I didn't like about using Twilio. Every employee in our office accessed it daily, and our patients communicated through the campaigns very frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Twilio SendGrid Email Marketing Campaign solves all of our issues with reminder campaigns in that our patients who aren't confirmed, or who are overdue, were getting notifications and calling to schedule.

The user interface is easy to navigate and use. Easy to segment lists. High reliability. Email activity can be tracked such as the links clicked and who has openned an email. Campaigns can be automated.

The pricing is not uniform and is based on how much you usage which makes it harder to budget.

Makes it simple to send mass emails to segmented lists and on top of that track email activity and usage such as who opnened and email, which links are clicked and which email campaigns had more activity

Twilio SendGrid is a good platform for your basic email needs. It allows you to seamlessly create and send emails to your audience and provides detailed analytics, allowing you to easily track opens, clicks, etc. from each send.
What do you dislike about the product?
Twilio SendGrid focuses primarily on email delivery and lacks many of the integrations and automations included in other email marketing platforms. While an email builder is included in this platform, it is not as advanced or customizable as others, leaving you limited on the customizations you can include. While SendGrid offers different pricing plans, the cost quickly adds up as your email volume increases, so if you have a large audience or send volume, you may find a more cost effective solution somewhere else.

Sendgrid's user interface seems to be very intuitive which makes it easy for both technical and non-technical individuals to set up marketing cadences. Its features cater to the needs of the marketing, sales, and CS teams.
It offers real-time performance tracking for marketing emails, which allows you to monitor the campaign's progress to tweak your strategy accordingly. Additionally, the platform has numerous API integrations that enable you to create custom workflows tailored to your business's specific requirements.

What do you dislike about the product?
I found the platform's email deliverability rate to be quite lower in comparison to other tools in the market. I think they should upgrade their servers, set up DNS, warm up their domains, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helping us to put leads into different campaigns coming from various lead sources such as web forms, demo requests, quote requests, emails, chatbot, etc. Otherwise, this was a big pain point earlier. Also, we were able to send marketing & transactional emails too to keep our prospects/customers nurtured & engaged.
