Great Technology, Even Better Support!
I was looking for a better way to monitor network security on AWS. Observable gives us much better visibility into all of the devices in our VPC and their network activity. If one ever behaves in an suspicious or abnormal fashion, we can take fast action to resolve possible issues.
The service was really easy to setup and, when I did need help, I was shocked to get a response in minutes on a Saturday night. Their support has been pretty amazing!
