Making deployments and actions so easy
What do you like best about the product?
The different logics' you may add per deployment, integrated git or pull from github, gitlabs and deploy to server. I love the error logging section for people like me that have issues finding why my apps get stalled during deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly? I think adding buddy to your process flow is an excellent choice. I think the only thing which isn't a huge con is more cloud providers should include it in their market place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their integrated git system seems a bit slower with less version control options which they are currently adding more features to. Overall this is one of my favorite resources using CI.

Pretty intuitive and gets the job done without a fuss

The Slack notifications help know when a deployment has been completed.

I cannot think of any downsides right niow.

It helps us solve the problem of deploying when we generate a new tag in Git.

It is Simple and efficient. Quick and intuitive integration with a number of GIT version control systems.

Nothing at the moment. Everything looks good and working fine with my requirements.

Deployments and manual processes those I need to do after that.
Simple and Straightforward. Good for simple deployments
What do you like best about the product?
Buddy is super easy to use. I really like how Buddy is easy and quick to configure, and keeping relatively simple deployments that don't have a ton of services really straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
When deployments require multiple services to get updated, Buddy is not great at getting complex CI/CD pipelines working. If you're working with a large set of services that need to update in tandem with a monorepo or anything similar, I don't see Buddy being a great solution for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buddy is giving my simple projects a quick way to deploy and automate some very simple processes. I'm really happy with how straightfoward it is to set up a simple pipeline. However, I would not use it for a complex monorepo with multiple pipelines and conditional stuff. It just seems too messy.

Buddy Works is a valuable tool that any development team should consider incorporating into their workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of any downsides of buddy except for the UI. The UI and navigation are not so user-friendly, and the first time I used Buddy, I had a hard time finding what I was looking for.

Buddy is solving several problems like the manual and time-consuming task of updating the server by automating it reduces the need for manual intervention. The notification is also very helpful in ensuring that the whole team is on the same page. It also streamlines our deployment process
Indispensable tool for modern web development agencies
What do you like best about the product?
Buddy dramatically improves the speed and reliability of our deployments. Now that we have removed any git or build process from our web servers, Our deployments have become far more secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is very slow to respond, which leads to a frustrating experience. Fortunately, over several years of using Buddy multiple times daily, we've only ever needed to contact support once, and that was an issue caused by us, not by the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage over 400 websites, and our developers are making production commits to various sites multiple times a day. Previously, it required a senior developer to manually deploy these commits, but with Buddy, our time to approve and deploy is incredibly faster.

Let Buddy to perform and automate crucial steps needed to deploy our SW is a time saver and reduces the risk of human errors.

Nothing. I'm using buddy almost every day and there's nothing in particular that I don't like

I like the UI and the simplicity of managing things.

Currently there is no things like that. I didn't find any bug or fail in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me to deploy our new codes to the server in an easy way, with parameterizable parts.
It's true. The easiest CI/CD I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I was looking to move from my previous solution of using Bitbucket Pipelines and Gitlab CI/CD for various projects I work on. Having a UI to work with rather than using YAML files puts my mind at ease about setting up CI/CD processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in the current version. When I last used buddy, I found the UI to be a bit confusing; I have been using it a lot since December 2022, and this version checks all the boxes for being a good CI/CD solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy for me to setup CI/CD pipelines and make it easy for me to get changes shipped quickly to different servers I have. The wait time to see my changes on the servers has decreased by 50%.
