It was a good product
I tried to sign up to other tenant, got it, but I noticed they're not answering support requests neither chat requests since 04/21/2020....It worked. Now died. And it was a nice tool...:-(

Does not work
Connected a reasonable size AWS account to this service (120 servers, significant spend) and after a day of working with their tech support team we still have no insight.
Whilst I'm sure they could fix it it was not within the claimed "3 minutes" and the responsiveness was lacking for what this would cost at our scale.
