Nice, but doesn't have opencv preinstalled

I would recommend an opencv installation running out of the box. It took me a bit to get it running. It's a fairly popular or standard library for image preprocessing. Having it preinstalled can solve this problem for many others.

One of my issues is that root permissions are required to access certain system-level dependencies when importing opencv after installation, I'm new to AMI, AWS, or ubuntu in general, so I'm open to the possibility that I just don't know what I'm doing.
