What do you like best about the product?
Provides great variety of connectors like Microsoft GP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires 3rd party cloud platform to run free administrations. The UI has a lot of room for improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and configuration setup,
Support from the vendor is great. Provides greater performance and helps expose applications(SOAP and REST) as APIs to external partners. Well documented error handling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation related to different features could have been a little more elaborate on how the request flows from one system to another and related configuration files involved and the series of events that happens during request flow until it reaches the target system and response is sent to source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us build a security layer between external vendor systems and other internal applications by impersonating the target systems. Integration made easy across different systems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use, configure and deploy. Provides a secure integration across different systems

What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Mashery serves its purpose of Token authetication but the user interface was terrible. They recently made changes to make it better and more modern, but I still think there is room to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part about the application was that a user could not have more than one tab open and making changes to both. We also had a case where we maxed out our API limit which took more than an hour to resolve with Mashery, an issue like this should be able to be resolved within minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use mashery for token authentication for our REST API service. They also provide reports and a great way of configuring endpoints.
