Pricey Storage Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Veritas InfoScale products ensure the stability of your data at all times and is scalable at the same time. When InfoScale helped us minimize the duration of the last system outage for the critical applications, I realized our potential to resolve issues successfully. We obtained an easy to use and flexible solution which easily adapts into our existing network environment ensuring smooth scaling operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data security concerns are one of the drawbacks of Veritas InfoScale. Royalty charges is yet another high cost, youthful ventures bear much burden than the mature ones. Moreover the initial set-up and configuration using ones specialist skills is an additional factor to the implementation process and that why it is costly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Veritas Infoscale has created munificence that we don't even closely need to worry about data security. The fact that our data is always real-time and secured, many businesses opt to use cloud storage over the conventional storage. This way, businesses can run their operations uninterruptedly without worrying about the space required, and they can focus on other aspects.

Veritas Infoscale has four models in which Application HA is best option

Application HA is limited to some applications

We does Application Ha and Near Dr and FAR DR with this for our customers

It helps in diaster recovery solution for our premises solution

UI is complex and DR was not wasy to add.

Veritas infoscale helped us in maintaing IT infrastructure on Hybrid mode thus helping in avoiding downtime

little time extensive but nothing else seems to be downscale.

We tried to configure DR using most softwares on market. But veritas seems to satisfy our requirement concerns by providing details on resources.

Veritas helped me to install the cluster nodes when I worked in my previous company

some of packages was difficult to install so it has failed when use local rpm packages

setup veritas cluster to use my java Apps on 3 nodes so it was very good performance and stability

It is not realy a disklike but i really want to have the application on low cost

We can't use it nfoscale on existing data, we have to format the disk and then infoscale, and in some rare cases when we use disk encapsulation we still can't get all the benefits of it

It requires very good network connectivity, without which it can be finicky.

It provides instant replication. In our tests, our backup server, etc

this has good coverage on Kubernetes and entire life cycle management.

UI experience can be improvised. other than that, it's fine.

Best user interface and design . Also i liked the suggestion part . It helps most to a developer while working on it. Also customer support is awesome. I got my query feedback within a minutes.

Little lagging problem rest all the things are fine.

Me and my company was working upon automation. During building i was getting some admin error. I raised ticket in customer support and guess what i got surprised first time i got reply within a minute . It was really supportive and solved my query.
