The worst WAF

Very poor support and No clarity in Billing. Initially I got $200 bill and this month I got $1020 bill without any modification in application and traffic. If you reach Amazon support, they can't help you and tell you that it is a third party application. They will mention Unit cost and no one will tell you what is the unit cost. If you reach Barracuda support, the surprise is they don't even recognise your account. I do not recommend this WAF.

Hi, I work at Barracuda, and I would really like to help you with this ( sorry I didn't notice it until today ) ... I do not want to put my email address here, so could I please ask you to call or contact Barracuda Support one more time and tell them specifically the $1020 bill issue, and we will help work through it.
