What do you like best about the product?
Awesome tool for sending the Alert to the responsible person within real time it helps to incident management , it is very easy to use and easy to deployment and customer support team which is very hellpful and avalaible 24*7.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is no Cons from our point it is great product and going in right direction
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to manage the incidents and fail to unwanted things to send the alert to the right responsible person with real time effect.

What do you like best about the product?
For our organization to preventing any cause or any hazard this application is very good, the pager duty send the alert to the responsible person with real time based and the scalibility is very good as compare to other tool or software
What do you dislike about the product?
THe UI is not as per standard and hope so it can be cheaper from other alternatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the incident management feature make this software in unique way and Alerting system of pagerduty is very good and it very help to us analyse the risk and send the alert to the responsible person which saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
Pagerduty is an incident management tool. Its very easy to use and has all the features such as it alerting and monitoring. it can be integrated with many applications. it has a great software experience due to its vibrant ui.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothinhg as of now pagerduty hasnt given any problems to us it is fabulous and i just enjoy working with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its a great time saver you can let your complete team know about any issues by creating an incident and you can tag the users in that incident. one can also prioritize the incident.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrations is very easy as compare to others and very Simple USER INTERFACE (UI) and there are so many specifications and feature of pager duty but we like the alerting system which make this software unique.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my point of view there i no Cons everything is going in right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The feature of send the real time alert to the responsible person with real time incident is very good, it feature male the different from all other alternatives of pagerduty.

No functionality to customize the incoming call number atleast allow me to chose the country as I have blocked all calls from outside my country

What do you like best about the product?
This alert tool is fantastic. It helps save time with its automated callout for INC. Its cutting-edge AI features have greatly improved our workflow. Pagerduty makes incident management a breeze. Pagerduty is easy to integrate with any existing system, allowing users to save time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is fine, but customer service may use some improvement in the user interface; I had issues that weren't resolved even after a week of trying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Pagerduty, we were able to automate our job and save time by responding to incidents as soon as they happened. The most basic and straightforward thing I appreciate about PagerDauty is how easy it is to implement. It also generates several types of alerts depending on the severity of the issue. If someone wants more customization, they may use the complete API it gives.

What do you like best about the product?
It is even better when the mobile app is user-friendly and straightforward. Notifications can be sent to our email, SMS, and Teams accounts in the event of an occurrence. I can stay updated on my clients' difficulties even while I'm not at my desk thanks to this. I find it really mind-blowing how effortlessly it streamlines team communication, enabling a preemptive reaction to any unexpected event.
What do you dislike about the product?
On desktop, there's a little lag time between applications. Sharing lists with those who require them without requiring a license would also be fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Early infrastructure issue identification and optimized alert handling are just two of the many obstacles that PagerDuty has helped me tackle. This will help our operations remain stable and successful by enhancing decision-making, increasing operational visibility, and significantly decreasing the impact of events.

What do you like best about the product?
pagerduty helps us in alerting our team without any issues it makes sure every right person is notified. Reports provide details about the incident in a breif way. It has great features such as alerting rules and on scheduling calling. Its very intutive to use and its set up is relevantly easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
the ui is cluttered and it can be made better. its dificult to dive deep into the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its easy to use and helps us manage the incidents we can mark incidents according to the priority it does everything better and helps us make thing for our users.
