I like how Alert Logic MDR enhances log correlation and deep analysis for GCP and AWS workloads against cyberattacks.

For nearly half a decade now, Alert Logic MDR has proven to be flawless MDR program of all times.

This tool has been of great advantage to us since we shifted to remote workforce which has seen an uptake of errors which is associated with expansion of cloud infrastructure. There is a direct correlation between increased cloud adoption and an increase in data loss exposure . Alert Logic MDR has come to our rescue in terms of this .

Alert logic MDR has proved to be reliable in ensuring organization or company's data and system is secure from any malicious threats posed on them.
The support team is always there to help any user incase of problems encountered and also help them with configuration and setup.
Timely alerts are sent in case of threats detected and this has ensured safety and timely curbing of the threats.

The product is quite complex and its documentation is not that much updated to ensure that users easily interact with the product. The documentation should be detailed detailed to ensure fast training or learning to use the product.

On a daily basis, most companies deal with a lot of data and ensuring transactions, data and the system are safe is not an easy task. Alert logic MDR has however been an excellent tool in ensuring that vulnerabilities are detected and fixed on time before they cause the company harm. I submitted a ticket on a certain weekend when I had an issue which has bever been responded to until now - anyway after update the bug fixed automatically.
