What do you like best about the product?
Teramind helps companies monitors and manage employee activity, prevent data loss, and ensure compliance with security policies by providing real-time visibility into employee behavior. Teramind can monitor employee activity across a wide range of devices and applications. Teramind includes advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The things we dislike about Teramind are for some users, it is sometimes difficult to understand all features. Teramind comes with lots of features which sometimes not use in our companies. Price could be better for small organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By leveraging the power of Teramind, Our companies can enhance their security posture, improve productivity and performance and ultimately gain a competitive advantage in the market by demonstrating their commitment to protecting their data and information.

What do you like best about the product?
almost every thing like their video capture, site details reporting all is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
some time we faced missing computer issue due to soome installation glitch but customer support is active so they resolved in quick time

What do you like best about the product?
Teramind it's an excellent product for capturing and analyzing user's desktop activity. It allows us to track and monitor our employees' activity, from video recording to file management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing package could be better. Plans for smaller organizations would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fully remote organization, monitoring our user's behavior and actions is a most. It's given us a lot of leverage from a management and operations standpoint improving productivity and overall security.

Price per user is not cheap and there are features which I did not need. Maybe they can create a basic plan with less features

The user interface is good, and it's easy to use. As an Employer, the control that I was looking for has been provided by Teramind.

After COVID, most of the employees were working from home, and productivity decreased; after we used TERAMIND, we found the issues and were in a better situation to fix them. At the same time, our data is protected.

Due to pandemic COVID-19 we help our user with their own business monitoring
Teramind allows me to effectively monitor my employees 24 hours a day if needed.

In my opinion, the function of recording ambient sound has been a game changer in investigations. The fraudster user often knows that he is being monitored and is careful not to leave traces of his fraud on the computer; however, while working, he makes arrangements with his associates over the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part of Teramind that I think needs to be improved is the control of monitored and unmonitored users. There could be a better and simpler interface to control this action.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having remote agent installation allows me to send and monitor users around the world. Which increases my productivity by reducing travel and time in transit.
