Poorly documented
Service is indeed installed within deployed system, but command is not registered, service folder are not fastly accessed and documentation has to be translated from intended system to deployed system, even being a subscription product made by the provider. Key info from the documentation should be provided for this product in order to keep the fast deployment and use as intended

Works like a charm
The service has been running for months now and it works like a charm. I would however advice to install it on a clean Ubuntu instance directly.
Clustering not working
Server is working and can access but clustering not working. Says node not responding to pings. No usage instruction regarding clustering
Work but not acces
I try to enter as indicate ssh -i "your.pem" root@<IP> but can't access as root, and on the user centos the are nothing about emqx, the Admin panel, and server are up to can connect and access if you have the public IP, but I don't know hoy make a cluster join or more detailed configs.
