Great concept and design!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and how fast it is. It's user friendly. We have overcome the use of CD's and pendrives for sharing images. I like that when we share or receive images from others, we get it without any errors!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing that I dislike about this product but it would be nice to see reports related to the images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing images faster and secure

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that the patients are able to get their images in a couple hours and then share them to anyone that they would like
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally we get patients claiming that they did not receive the email or that they can't see the images online so they call us and we direct them to the phone service and they tell us that they were unable to connect to someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patients getting their images as soon as possible so they don't have to wait for us to mail them
