Feels like I have a BI team
We've been working with Panoply as our main data warehouse for a while now.
This platform allowed us (as a small startup) to get into the big data world very fast - we didn't hire any BI developers and didn't develop anything.
We are connected with all of our data platforms to panoply - including GA, Mixpanel, Librato, MySql and real time events via SQS. We also have our Stripe account connected directly with panoply and all of this without any dev work on our side.
Our Analytics team can just work freely with the redshift directly with no worries and contact them for any issues. The User interface is also very impressive although we use mostly Tableau.

Its all the goodness of redshift without any management hassle
If you want an analytics database but you don't want to start building schemas, migrating data and managing a whole ETL process.. Panoply can handle it for you.
It was a matter of minutes from onboarding to a fully working solution.
No ETL, no running clusters and scaling them, no taking care of migrations. Data is imported in whatever way you like from basically anywhere. They have so many data sources from all the obvious stuff to Mailchimp, Mandrill, Salesforce etc. Plus you can always write another data source. And then you just use SQL, couldn't be simpler.
The best thing is, their support is AMAZING. It feels like they are there for you at any time and for any thing!
