Excellent platform for bioinformatic analyses
I'm a graduate student doing RNAseq, ChIPseq, and ATACseq analyses in my thesis work. I've been using MolBioCloud computing service for all the analyses and have been extremely satisfied. Since my skill-set in bioinformatics is an introductory level, this has been an great product to help me get on my feet and accomplish my tasks.
In addition, the group of folks that run MolBioCloud are very responsive (reply to email in 24-hours or less), helpful, and all around great people who want to see my analyses through to the end. If you're considering getting into doing your own cloud computing for molecular biology, I highly recommend you use MolBioCloud.

Fantastic product
Molbiocloud is a very useful product to perform a complete suite of structural biology applications in the cloud. Freely available softwares can be easily accessed in the molbiocloud; softwares that are not available can be downloaded and then installed using easy-to-follow instructions provided by molbiocloud.
The customer support is very prompt and top-notch. This is certainly a very useful resource for anyone looking to perform high level protein modeling (and a host of other applications). My experience so far has been very satisfying.
Fantastic Cloud Computational Biology Platform and Service
I am a post-doctoral research fellow at a university in the US. Our lab concentrates on post-transcriptional regulation and recently begun exploring computational biology solutions including RNA-seq methodology.
The expert group at MolBioCloud have been instrumental in assisting myself and our lab get up to speed on the required programs to do this analysis. They are knowledgeable, efficient, responsive and kind. The platform takes advantage of the scalability of AWS for computation solutions that require powerful machines while maintaining economic options for routine computational use.
I highly recommend this platform for other individuals interested in a cloud computing solution for computational biology.
