    Wish it Worked

Email Doesn't Work - and No Support

Hi - I was looking forward to using the Helpy Community Edition. It looked great and had all the functionality we needed for a ticketing system and knowledge base. (And we would eventually move to Pro).

But we could not get email to work in the Admin GUI and my SysAdmin couldn't debug the issue - and there was no response from Helpy Community support.

I hate to write a bad review, but we made a good faith effort to use Helpy, and couldn't.
