Best Software for Data analysis
What do you like best about the product?
Through this platform, we can get real-time and accurate analysis of our day-to-day data. Using it, we can create extraordinary reports and dashboards, which help at many organizational levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike just the learning curve and the UI of this software can be a bit tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization we us all the Zoho software from Zoho recruit to zoho finance so, to keep a track of all the data analysis it comes as a saviour as we can create an organised repost of all the real-time data

What do you like best about the product?
One of the very best things about Zoho One is that you get a wide range of products for a cheap price. Since we don't pay for each product separately, it's a big advantage. On top of that, the integration between various products puts your business at ease. Easily customizable and time-saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tech support is average and the interface is too convoluted. Some apps are slow, have limited functionalities, and are a bit lagging behind industry standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With access to 40+ products in one place, Zoho One makes it easy to handle our business. Since there is in-built integration across various tools, our teams can handle our tasks more effectively.

The feature of allowing collection of data from various apps into one app. It is very user friendly.

It gets slow down sometimes so interface needs to be improves. Customer connect should also be done better.

It is a very feasible platform for analyzing larger data. It also gives a lot of knowledge oglf SQL queries. The innterconectivity is the best feature. Any type of report can be created with any type of file format

Encountered Refresh issues initially when syncing with ITSM tool Manage Engine.

The best CRM tool for SMB's
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Zoho one is the set of features that it provides at this cost.All the OOTB bundle of apps for different features is really amazing. It covers most of the use cases for a standard CRM implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike considering the cost of the licenses. Infact there are a lot of apps which are free to use as well. Only thing is if they could give some ootb Industry vertical use cases as well, it would be amazing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now using Zoho as our Primary CRM system which is then linked with our Marketing, Billing, Invoicing and Analytics platform as well. It is like the core of our Digital Revolution
