Solid ETL
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Error messages are helpful. Good interface for keeping tabs on how much you're using against your license.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more functionality for highly technical users. It would be awesome to be able to do more advanced ETL with this product for the price we pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We pull data from several different sources into a central database. This is really valuable when we were using a BI solution that didn't aggregate all of our data for us. However, we probably won't need this service in the future since we'll be moving to a BI tool that does that for us.

An easy and affordable tool to start aggregating and consolidating data
What do you like best about the product?
If you are starting to work with different data sources and you need an affordable tool to start aggregating and consolidating data, Stitch is your tool. They have a free tier that is more than enough for companies that are just starting to work with this kind of tool, connecting data sources is as simples as pressing a button and they have an easy to understand interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
If sending data to Stitch was easy, connecting to one of the data warehouses was not so simple. Although you just need to select the destination and follow the instructions I felt they didn't explain properly the configuration step. I had to add the account ID of the destination and there wasn't context on what information needed so after getting a bunch of errors I found out that it was the username I was using on the warehouse I chose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were receving data from different sources and I wanted to find a way to consolidate this data in a single source. And it had to be simple enough for a non-technical person (meaning with less code possible) to be able to work on this data set and do better analysis. We could aggregate data from our CRM, Marketing Automation and Segment and learn more about our users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are some integrations that are free and others that you can only get with the paid plan. In my case I was using only free integrations. I recommend you taking a look at their integrations prior creating an account to check if you can be on their free tier.
Easy to use product for ETL
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and able to connect to many different data sources. Also free tier enables to sync limited number of records for free. It is almost zero maintenance product where you set it up correctly and then it does the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have some requirements on the source tables side which in some cases create a additional burden and needs working with other teams across organization to make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To bring data from SQL server to Snowflake data warehouse continuously.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the costs when setting up and also GDPR needs.
Great for quick data warehouse needs
What do you like best about the product?
Simple integration with an amazing array of data sources. All the regular cast of characters (Salesforce, Google Analytics etc.) and a ton of other ones that we use regularly (Amplitude, Segment etc.). Super simple to ingest data from multiple sources and inject it into a data warehouse that you can put a BI tool on top of. If you use Panoply, you can basically setup a full data warehouse in minutes. Great stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not exactly 'capital T' transform. But, Stitch is good enough for most light/medium duty data warehousing needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to connect Salesforce, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Segment and Referral Saasquatch data into one data warehouse that I could layer a BI on top of. Stitch fit the bill.
ETL done right with approachable pricing
What do you like best about the product?
Plenty of integrations on both technical side (databases) as well as SaaS products (GA, Salesforce, ...), with lots of them in the Free tier. Between Stitch and Redshift (or BigQuery), what would take a month and $100k 10 years ago I can do in 15 minutes (and few hundred $) today - this is a serious game changer in making data integration approachable to company of every size.
And Stitch is one of the few companies in this space that does not do enterprise/hidden pricing and instead let everyone grow their usage from free/cheap into higher paid plans as the company grows - great for startups and small companies!

What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface takes a short time to get used to, but it has been steadily improving over the last year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We extract data from most of the SaaS services we use (GA, Zendesk, Salesforce, Recurly, Braintree, ...) as well as our production database into a single central AWS Redshift instance - then it is extremely easy to analyse the data, correlate the analysis between systems (e.g. marketing campaign spending by channel from AdWords vs lead conversion from GA vs user activity during trial from our own DB), alert on things.

Just give it a try
