Teradata is Multi Teradata Byte relation database, which is i think best suited for datawarehousing
What do you like best?
It has almost self managed administration unlike other database. So you can focus on data and analytics. This is will give you opportunity to be on always on front line.
What do you dislike?
There are some features which can be enhanced in terms analytics and in case of Incident Teradata global support needs to optimized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to handle huge datasets in an efficient manner.

Do not like the look and feel of product. It is not intuitive and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing financial products' account and transaction level data. Main benefit is to effectively multiple months of data in single table and effectively retrieve results

Effective in storing huge datasets but not user friendly
